  Lovely small diner just north east of the beach. Serves a lot of comfort food with an old-modern style. As a city person arriving here, it felt out of the way from the beach with a very Canadian red and white decor. The painted walls remind you of the trees in such a secluded place. Seating fits normally a family of four though there is some room to bring a larger family (You might want to call to see if they can seat you.) The service staff is very courteous and helpful since the short menu does offer some interesting fair. Mostly BBQ and smoked meats. For me, I was eyeing the ribs though there burger menu is comprehensible. Either looked lovely and could feed me twice over. Desserts look appetizing and worth just for a quick bite. Overall a pleasant experience and worth it for a day of exploring the locale.

  Food was very good and is homemade so don't be in a rush. Definitely worth the wait though. Waitress not overly friendly or happy.
